Several Chaplains within each region identify Senator/s & initiate personal contact
Informal – Divisional status a concern –
Wait till September for Ellis & Region 1 Chaplains
Each Chaplain gets with 7-10 volunteers to testify about ministry
At least, add friends & family to and not to substitute for volunteers
Get names to Jim Young who will be helping coordinate
Each volunteer should be prepared to write letters, some a call and go with
Chaplain to see representative
