    Regional Committee to keep records of contacts for post-election strategies

    Begin Efforts to Identity Witnesses for House & Senate in favor of Joint Bill

Several Chaplains within each region identify Senator/s & initiate personal contact

            Informal – Divisional status a concern –

            Wait till September for Ellis & Region 1 Chaplains 

Each Chaplain gets with 7-10 volunteers to testify about ministry

    At least, add friends & family to and not to substitute for volunteers

    Get names to Jim Young who will be helping coordinate

    Each volunteer should be prepared to write letters, some a call and go with

    Chaplain to see representative

Assess Districts and New Representatives & Senators –

Who Was Contacted Before Election? Initiate Visitation & Followup

Who is new and needs new contact?   

Initiate Contact before Christmas

***Generate follow-up letters on returning legislatures & welcome for new ones

People Goal—Substantial Contact with most Representatives & Senators & a Bill co-authors/sponsors in both the House and Senate
