Our Constitution

In October of 2001, we saw the need to revise our constitution to bring it up to date with how we were operating.  In most ways, the revisions from the Lions International Standard Form were just minor changes that in part give more flexibility to our board and others in the fulfillment of their duties.  You can see both our Constitution and a summary of the minor changes from the links below:
