Article VII:  Forfeiture of Membership – Section C – Revised by International to use of general language and deletion of “4 Absences” as requirement for forfeiture:  Constitution Committee left as revised.

Article III:  Section D.  Simultaneous Membership

Article V:  Fees – took out specific fees and included general language to grant board authority to change from time to time without also having to change constitution.

Article V:  Luncheon dues may be included with annual/quarterly dues to be charged in advance.

Article VII:  Forfeiture of Membership – raised indebtedness deadline from 60 to 180 days.

Article VIII:  Officer Duties:  Section D:

       Secretary – up-dated language to include web site reporting, how we currently handle transfer of deposits

       Treasurer – up-dated language to include any two officers as opposed to just Treasurer and one other;  deleted portion of submitting financial status to International

       Lion Tamer – deleted sentence requiring Lion Tamer to direct seating of new members

       Tail Twister – deleted requirement for Treasurer to give receipt for collections after meetings

Article IX:  Board of Directors – refined language, including the word “general” to the requirement on reporting to regular club

Article X:  Election – Section D – broadened requirement on notice of elections to include notice at two regular meetings prior to election
