Another reason for not including these here is, again, William Lane Craigand my looking at his The Problem of Divine Foreknowledge and Future Contingents from Aristotle to Suarez(Studies in Intellectual History 7. Even so, thousands of classics and modern works are available for free Perhaps in the distant futureeverything in the Library of Congress and other major libraries will be available for free and accessible to everyone on the planet.
